| 抄録: | The paper discusses the role of schools at regional disaster prevention. Both the serious damages, such as the collapse of buildings and furnitures at Southern Hyogo Prefecture Earthquake, and the problems rising when the school were used as a refuge after earthquake, are analyzed. The author proposes some countermeasures as follows : 1) The countermeasures in order to keep the children safty against the fact that the risk of damages of schools occurred by earthquake is high. 2) The manuals in order to recover the function of school rapidly and smoothly after the schools were used as a refuge. |
